How many characters can a title have for Google?
Google cuts titles by pixel width, about 580 pixels, which is roughly 50 to 60 characters. The preview shows an estimate.
Do emoji count as one character?
Yes in the character count. In SMS and byte counts they take more space, which the tool shows.
How does the SMS count work?
A single SMS holds 160 characters, or 153 each when split. Non-GSM characters reduce this to 70 per message.
