How do I convert HEX to RGB?

Paste the HEX code. #1f5fd1 becomes rgb(31, 95, 209).

What contrast ratio do I need?

WCAG asks for at least 4.5:1 for normal text (AA) and 7:1 for AAA. Large text needs 3:1.

Does it handle transparency?

Yes. 8-digit HEX and rgba() or hsla() values keep their alpha.
