Flips a stereo file so what was on the left plays on the right and vice versa — the fix for a recording captured with the mics or cables reversed.
Swap Left and Right Channels exchanges the two sides of a stereo file. Use it to fix a recording where the microphones were connected the wrong way round, to correct a stereo image that does not match a video, or for creative mirroring.
The operation is lossless and instant — each channel’s samples are simply moved to the other side.
The tool copies channel 0 into channel 1 and vice versa. No gain, filter or resampling is applied, so the sound of each side is bit-identical; only where it plays changes.

Yes — swap again.
Common causes are a swapped pair of cables or mics during recording, or a video/DAW export that mapped channels the wrong way round.
No — samples are moved between channels without any processing, so it's completely lossless (apart from your chosen export format).
