Data Combiner
Stack several CSV files with the same columns into one master file — headers are matched automatically, with warnings if any file doesn't line up.
How to use Data Combiner
- Start by providing the required input: Drop 2 or more CSV files.
- No additional settings need to be configured.
- Run the tool with Combine.
- Review the results, then choose an output control: Download Combined CSV.
Stacking monthly exports into one master file
Recurring exports — weekly reports, monthly extracts — often need to be combined into one running dataset for analysis. Stacking them by matching headers, with an automatic check that every file's columns actually line up, turns several separate files into one clean combined CSV.
Why the header mismatch warning matters
Silently combining files with slightly different columns (a renamed field, a column that only exists in some exports) produces misaligned data that's hard to spot after the fact — the mismatch warning catches this before you've already merged and moved on.
What happens if the files have different columns?
They're still combined using the first file's header order, but a warning lists exactly which files didn't match so you can review alignment before trusting the result.
Is there a limit to how many files I can combine?
No fixed limit — add as many CSV files as you need to stack together.
Need to join files by a matching ID column instead of stacking rows?
Use Key-Based Sheet Merge instead, which performs a VLOOKUP-style join rather than row-stacking.
