Make a die-cut sticker outline in seconds
A sticker outline is the thick white border that follows the shape of a subject, like a die-cut vinyl sticker. This free tool draws that border for you. Add a PNG with a transparent background, choose the width and colour, and download a sticker you can use in chats, print shops, social posts, slides and product mock-ups.
The outline is calculated from the real shape of your picture, so it hugs curves, hair, text and small gaps and gives smooth edges. You can add a second outer outline for the classic white-plus-dark look, and a soft shadow to lift the sticker off the page. Output is a transparent PNG or WebP at the size you choose.
Do I need a transparent background? For the best result, yes. If your picture is a photo on a plain colour, switch on "Remove plain background" and it will cut that colour away from the edges. Photos with busy backgrounds need to be cut out first, for example with the Background Remover, and then brought back here.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work on photos with a busy background?
Not directly. The outline follows the visible shape of your image, so a photo with a full background gets an outline around the whole rectangle. Remove the background first, then add the outline here.
What does "Remove plain background" do?
It looks at the colour in the corners of your image and removes that colour where it touches the edges. It works well on white, grey or solid-colour backdrops and not on gradients or cluttered scenes. Use the tolerance slider to tune it.
Can I use it for WhatsApp or Telegram stickers?
You can make the artwork here: choose 512 px, save as WebP and check the file size. Each app has its own rules for size and format, so check the current requirements of the app you use.
Will the saved sticker have a transparent background?
Yes. PNG and WebP keep transparency, including the soft shadow. JPG is not offered, because it cannot store transparency.
Is my image uploaded?
No. All of the work happens in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
