Conditional Copier
Export only the rows that match a condition you set — like "Status equals Active" or "Amount > 500" — no manual spreadsheet filtering.
How to use Conditional Copier
- Start by providing the required input: Drop a CSV file.
- Set the inputs and options shown here: Column, Condition, Value.
- Run the tool with Filter & Preview.
- Review the results, then choose an output control: Download Filtered CSV.
Filtering rows without opening a spreadsheet app
Extracting just the rows that match a condition — status equals "Active," amount greater than 500 — usually means applying a filter in a spreadsheet tool and manually copying the visible rows out. Setting the same kind of condition here and exporting directly skips that extra step entirely.
How text and numeric comparisons differ
Greater-than and less-than comparisons automatically switch to numeric comparison when both sides look like numbers, and fall back to alphabetical comparison otherwise — so filtering a date column or a text column with ">" still behaves sensibly rather than failing.
Can I combine multiple conditions?
Not in a single pass — for a multi-condition filter, export the first filtered result and run it through the tool again with your second condition.
Is "contains" case-sensitive?
No — the contains condition matches regardless of case, so "active" will match cells containing "Active" or "ACTIVE".
What does "is empty" actually check?
Whether the cell, after trimming whitespace, has no content at all — a cell with just spaces counts as empty.
