Is blurring safe for sensitive information?
Use a black box for anything that really matters, such as account numbers or addresses. Light blur can sometimes be reconstructed; a black box removes the pixels entirely.
Can it follow a moving face?
No. The area stays fixed for the time range, so cover a moving subject with a larger box, or apply the effect over several short ranges.
